ALIT Technologies looks forward to meet you at Aluminium 2022!

ALIT Technologies is pleased to announce that it will be among the exhibitors of Aluminium, which is set to take place from 27 to 29 September in Düsseldorf, Germany.

ALIT Technologies will be among the protagonists of Aluminium, the leading trade show for the aluminium industry and its main fields of application, including automotive, mechanical engineering, building and construction, aerospace, electronics, packaging and transportation.

From 27 to 29 September the ALIT team looks forward to meet you at the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre, booth 7AC05, to introduce you to the chemical paint stripping products and technologies (and much more!) that make the ALIT brand known and appreciated all over the world.

In particular, visitors will be able to learn about the new developments that have made the FASTRIP ISP chemical paint stripping system for hooks and frames even more efficient process-wise, as well as the new additive – developed specifically for the aluminium extrusion industry – to be used along with caustic soda solutions for die cleaning. The product differentiates itself from other solutions on the market for its ability to keep the process management very simple and maintain the bath temperatures under control, thus extending the lifetime of the baths and lowering operating costs.

Aluminium will also be the perfect opportunity to present Drizzling, a new chrome free passivation process for metal products. With Drizzling, it is possible to apply the solutions through the atomisation of a fine mist capable of completely enveloping the item, even in 7-metres vertical lines for aluminium profiles. This system makes it possible to considerably reduce water consumption after the passivation phase and, above all, to apply a passivating solution to the pieces that is always fresh and free of pollutants: a further reassurance to the customer, who can count on the non-chromic product’s performance always being at its best.
