FASTRIP ISP is a plant for the chemical stripping of hooks and frames.
The plant is composed of a horizontal tank above which flows the rail for handling in line. It is designed for the stripping of hooks and frames necessary for electrostatic painting operations.
These are immersed and flow through the paint stripping bath, for an avarage time of approximately 2 minutes.
Hanging in the overhead contact line, they come out of the chemical bath clean from paint and reusable for a new cycle of painting. A clean hook allows a perfect electrostatic charge during painting.
Thanks to Fastrip ISP, it will no longer be necessary to manually remove the hooks to be cleaned.
